Shipping Policy & Payment Methods

Shipping Policy:

To Greece:

All shipments to Greece are free of charge for orders over 80€.
For orders less than 80 € the shipping cost is 3€.
Cash on Delivery has an extra charge of 2€.

Abroad:

Shipping outside of Greece is free for orders over 150€.
For orders under 150€ the shipping cost is 15€.
Cash on Delivery is not supported outside of Greece.

COCOFICO does not deliver parcels to PO Boxes.

Deliveries outside EU are usually subject to customs clearance costs and import duties in the country of the recipient and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Payment Methods:

Credit or Debit Card

All payments via credit or debit card are processed by the electronic payment platform “Alpha e-Commerce” by Alpha Bank Greece which is using a TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its specified recipient, who will be able to decode it using the proper key.

The electronic payment platform accepts VISA – MASTERCARD – MAESTRO – AMEX – DINERS. COCOFICO does not process or save any of your card details.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery has an extra charge of 2€ and is available only in Greece for orders up to 500€. The payment will be processed at the time of delivery by the courier. Please make sure that someone will be at the specified delivery address between 10:00 and 17:00 to sign and pay for the delivery.
